Founded in 1964 by Charles Becht III, Becht began as a consulting company that served industrial clients and the building sector. In the six decades since our inception, Becht’s focus on services and solutions has expanded to serve the energy sector.

Today, the third generation of family leadership continues under the vision and expertise of Charles Becht IV, PhD, PE, CEO; Charles Becht V, PE, President; and Kristen Becht, Learning & Development Division Manager. While embracing the future, the Becht family remains deeply rooted in the tradition of fostering long-term partnerships with both clients and employees.
