Lauren Rose Joins Advisor Resources as Onboarding Coordinator
Advisor Resources welcomed Lauren Rose to our Baytown team on December 4, 2013, as our new Onboarding Coordinator. Her responsibilities include signing up new Advisors, entering and updating Advisor contact information and availability in our various systems, announcing new Advisors to the remainder of the Company to acquaint us with their experience and areas of expertise, and ensuring all paperwork and records are complete prior to mobilization. In addition, Lauren is one of several at Becht Engineering who answer the central telephone number and direct callers to the appropriate resource.
Lauren resides in Baytown and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Family & Consumer Sciences from Texas State University in San Marcos. During previous employment at Inland Industrial Services, she traveled to client sites during turnarounds to provide timekeeping services, which is an asset to Advisor Resources in that she is familiar with refinery terminology and shutdown administration.
During her first weeks at Becht Engineering, we’ve learned that Lauren has an old-school work ethic, and executes a fast-paced, challenging work scope with enthusiasm and a keen focus on the unparalleled customer service for which Advisor Resources has become known. We expect great things from Lauren, and look forward to the efficiencies she will add to our team during a long career with Becht Engineering!
